Congress has failed to provide anything viable in a bailout bill that helps the distressed homeowners and by doing so they are telling you that the blame for the entire meltdown should be shouldered by you and you alone. The taxpayers have also acted without any compassion and do not weigh the problems of others but only act as individuals looking out for their own self-centered comforts with the full knowledge that neighbors, co-workers, friends and relatives are hurting in ways they can't imagine and do not really care. Who's to say that sometime, very soon, they will experience the same problems as the economy keeps slipping and we are sure they would react in the same way all of you are. We must try to negotiate on your behalf some sort of viable, ample reduction of principal amounts on loans for you and we will fight like hell to do so.

The more of you that participate makes it a more forceful presentation to the lenders.
The bottom line is that this entire effort on the part Congress to allegedly settle this is just for political reasons with no thought of who they are helping as long as they get re-elected by fighting with each other. It's totally immature for a Congress to act this way in a time of natioanl crisis and we must simply say, 'Shame on Them"
